Phone bill cost allocation
A system to allocate the monthly cost of mobile phone consumption in a medical centre.
Thousands of phones are in operation in a medical centre at the same time across various departments. However, a single bill arrives every month that covers the mobile consumption of all phones active in the centre. We therefore need a way to ensure that each department can pay their share and gain a better understanding of their usage patterns.
Results:
Developed a phone charge back system for monthly allocation of phone bill consumption costs in a medical centre.
Reduced 10% of the total monthly subscription costs by redefining contract terms based on consumption patterns
